MAFB ANNOUNCES VIRTUAL SEASON

Kansas City, MO, 7 October 2020 — Show-Me Pride Ensembles has transitioned to a virtual ensemble due to the COVID-19 coronavirus to keep its members and patrons safe.

With this change, the ensemble’s concerts will be held virtually and the previously announced season 18 plans had to be reimagined. “We are nothing if not adaptable and game to try new things,” says artistic director Lee Hartman. “With rehearsals occurring online and with the limits of technology, we have found pieces that still fulfill our mission, our member’s need for performance, and hopefully our audiences’ pleasure.” He continues, “I’m grateful that even in this stressful, painful, scary time we have found a way to be together in music and friendship.”

These concerts will be available for viewing online through various platforms. For more information, visit www.freedomband.com
