I was sick twice last month and the tax cert didn't get turned in and I didn’t get the bylaws out. Everything will go out this week!
Changing the passwords using a password generator to get things more secure. Please let me know if you experience issues!
Jessie, can you give me an outline on what to prepare for the annual meeting?
Nathan, please pay the LGBA dues when you can. And try to get the donations letters out by the end of the month.
Jessie will help Christian with the annual meeting topics. The annual meeting will be on Jan 30 at 7pm at the church. Nathan will pay the LGBA dues and work on the donation letter.

Reminder to everyone to put copies of any and all contracts in the folder on the Drive (see December notes for location). This is a really important element of ensuring that we have proper organization records.
I have not yet seen details for our guest artists for the Spring to put together the contracts. Once I get them, it will be quick to produce but we should work to get these written, executed, and countersigned soonest.
I will am in Seattle this week. Have a good meeting and enjoy the Chili!

Fundraising, Jessie
Fundraising committee will begin meeting to plan our 2nd annual trivia night. We have had a $700 anon. donation to go towards catering the event.
The website donation button is not working. Also, on that donation page I think it would be better to list the Jon Sims Endowment at the bottom of the page instead of at the top, so our info about general donations is the first thing seen by visitors.

Membership, Austin
Membership committee planning the Bad Drag Fundraiser. I would like help from others who have done in the past since this is my first one. So if you have time and are able to help, please do. Jessie, if you can get me acquainted with Buddy so I can work with him on logistics needed there, I would greatly appreciative.
I would like to ask for more board/staff involvement in member events. So far the only people who have attended any are Christian and Jeanine. I understand schedule conflicts, but if you are free and able to make it, please try to attend.

Working on fixing the donation button, but I need an updated link since the old one isn’t working. It was going to paypal before. Christian will try to get us a link. John Sims will be moved back to the bottom of the page.
